About the Job:

The Director of Pharmacy Business & 340B Strategy is a high-impact, future-facing leadership role for a strategic pharmacy leader ready to shape and scale a best-in-class pharmacy business and compliance program. This role is central to SNHH’s pursuit of Rural Referral Center (RRC) designation and the launch of a compliant, efficient, and financially optimized 340B Drug Pricing Program. Remote work is available for candidates outside New Hampshire, with occasional travel required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead SNHH’s registration and designation as a Rural Referral Center

  • Build infrastructure and operational processes for 340B program activation

  • Develop and execute a 3–5 year roadmap for 340B growth

  • Expand 340B reach via outpatient, telehealth, and contract pharmacy partnerships

  • Oversee daily operations of the 340B program

  • Ensure proper use of split billing and contract pharmacy platforms

  • Create SOPs and training modules for compliance and sustainability

  • Develop financial models and dashboards to monitor performance

  • Enhance pharmacy margins through payer contracting and service line optimization

  • Ensure compliance with HRSA, OPA, and state-level 340B requirements

  • Lead HRSA audit preparation and response

  • Build cross-functional partnerships across departments

  • Represent SNHH in external 340B coalitions and advocacy groups

Who You Are / Requirements:

  • Education: PharmD, MBA, or MHA strongly preferred

  • Experience:

    • 7+ years in health system pharmacy leadership

    • 3+ years of direct 340B program oversight

    • Experience in rural, safety-net, or multi-site settings preferred

    • Proficiency in split billing systems and contract pharmacy management

  • Skills:

    • Strategic thinking and data analysis

    • Strong communication and executive presentation

    • Cross-departmental leadership and collaboration

    • Expertise in pharmacy reimbursement and compliance

Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week • Flexible work schedule based on core business needs • Remote work available for qualified candidates outside of NH (some travel required)
