Member Relations Representative - Welliot Fitness Center Rivers Edge - Per Diem

Per Diem coverage as needed on mornings during the week, 6AM-10AM. No weekends.
Fitness Department – Who We Are
Elliot Fitness Services consists of 3 centers that include employee and community gym membership, group exercise classes, geriatric specific programming and personal training. We foster a focus of fun and education in our offerings. In addition to promoting overall wellness, our team also specializes in medical fitness programming to meet the needs of our health system patients.
About the Job
The Member Relations Representative is a part time position that assists Fitness Services staff in the day to day operations of the department. Primary responsibility will be greeting members at The Welliot and processing telephone inquiries, including but not limited to the hours and services offered at The Welliot River’s Edge and membership inquiries. This position will be responsible for daily financial transactions for Fitness Services. This position will assist in the completion of any documentation for membership. The Member Relations Representative will support the mission, vision and values of the Elliot Health System.
What You’ll Do
Interact with members and assist with all inquiries regarding membership.
Receive incoming telephone calls. Take message and appropriately route them and schedule appointments.
Process daily reports and day-end balancing.
Assist in developing and implementing systems to support effective and accurate registration of patients. Make recommendations to increase efficiency of patient care or administrative functioning of area.
What You’ll Need
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with member management software and previous customer service experience preferred.
